Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
Mayor Lattimore introduced Assemblyman Gary Finch. Assemblyman Finch spoke to Council about an extension of Empire Zone benefits. He answered various question from Council about the state budget.

Budget Work Session –
BID (Business Improvement District) Update – Sandra Craner, Executive Director of the BID provided Council with an overview of the BID annual report.
Water and Sewer Fund Fiscal Condition – Lisa Green, Assistant Comptroller reviewed the financial status of the funds. Council discussed.
City Manger John Salomone also reviewed status of the State St. Mall Project and the Kalet building restoration. Bill Lupien, City Engineering Dept. and Chuck Bouley, contractor answered questions.
Public to be Heard – None
Other Business –
Mayor Lattimore reported that Buffalo requested a Public Service Commission audit and discovered their cable company owed the city money. He requested the city do the same.
Councilor Jacobs requested that the City Manager look into a payment to NYSEG that he thought was out of line.
Council adjourned to executive session at 6:30PM and returned at 6:50PM.
